Monday: Favorites Quiz. Answer the questions to get a sense of what you like most. This is just a get to know you fun activity, but it's essential to complete each day by 3 pm for attendance.
Also, suggested to read Tom Standage: A History of the World in Six Glasses, and especially concentrate on two of the drinks that you could compare with each other. Remember to think in terms of the themes of the course - SPICE-T.
