 2. AP UPDATES: Review the 2nd Practice DBQ that was on YouTube last week.  
DBQ Practice Exam #2 at 5 pm on Wed. 
& Review the next day at 5 pm on Thu.

 3. Student Sample from last DBQ
Discuss contextualization, analysis, & complexity. 
Plus special emphasis on SOURCING THE DOCUMENTS. 

4. DBQ 2006 Silver Trade - Overview & Discussion of the prompt & documents. 
Good review of CH. 15 in the Strayer text - great place to look for outside evidence.

Wednesday, May 13th, 2020: 10am - All (6th & 7th)

1. DO NOW: What can you write down as a "brain dump" for this prompt? 
Chad Smith from the AP Review of the 2nd DBQ Prompt called it UBOW:
The Brainstorm part or "Brain Dump" is writing down everything you can think of very quickly after first seeing the prompt. Then crossing off your list what is mentioned in the documents. What you have left is the "outside evidence" you could include in your answer. 

 2. AP UPDATE & ANNOUNCEMENTS:
On Google Classroom: Uploaded practice test (M/CH) for practice terms and application. 
I will upload the answers before Thursday's class session at 10am. We'll discuss any you had issues with them during that session.
